Promoting effective hot water supply is essential!!! Insisting on better shower functionality and prompt maintenance for broken fixtures can elevate comfort during stays!!! Noise disturbances from events can really detract from guest enjoyment!!!

The seafood at Nando's was absolutely spot on, spice levels just right to tickle your taste buds! Also loved the quick service at Kaleidoscope Cafe—perfect for a cheeky snack! Staff kept the room spotless, too.
Had a bit of a pickle with the duty manager. instead of resolving my room change, he was a bit dismissive.

Comfortable Stay Despite a Few Hiccups
We enjoyed our one-night family stay in a Classic King Room. The beds were comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep. The bar staff were friendly and created a lively atmosphere. Tip, Ask for extra towels upon arrival as they tend to run low during peak times!

Good stay with a couple of hiccups
Had a decent night, room size was spot on and clean. Used the bar area for snacks, which were nice, but had issues with our burger being way too hard to eat. The pool was a letdown, lots of swimming classes made it hard to chill. could've used more coffee in the room.
